This will result in a cost effective, proactive solution which is not totally reliant on the human element and further provides increased security and enhanced site management capability. We are prepared to negotiate with clients for any other requirements as they see fit.
Once TEG has been awarded a contract, we will conduct interviews at the customer’s site. This will enable us to draft a detailed site procedural manual which is laid out in a standard format and which provides instructions to our core team. A copy of this manual will be handed over to the client for his perusal and will remain on site. We also have a relief system in place, which always enables a client to have full coverage though out the year.
